Holiday Treasures

Victorian inspired painting
$245

I found this lovely framed blackboard at an antique show
and purchased it with the intent of painting a Christmas scene on it.
I dry brushed the already luscious green frame with ivory,
then distressed it slightly with a wash.
The design itself comes from one of my favorite Victorian postcards.

Papier Mache Turkey

This vintage style turkey is bedecked with a lovely Victorian garland of silver leaves.
He is nestled into a bird nest which is tucked nicely into
a vintage silver dish with a lovely soft patina.

Bowlies of Santa Sweetness!
$85 each

I just love the softness of ivory and silver combined. On the top, the two Santa's are nestled into a lovely silver sugar dish. Perched on the handle is a precious vintage songbird.
I have been saving him for just the right piece..
and I think that he has flown home at last!

These two Santa's are also nestled into
a silver sugar bowl and soft Spanish moss.. shimmering slightly with
mica glitter. They are accompanied by a snow-laden pine cone, and a vintage mercury glass sprig.

Papier Mache Santa and Shoe
$125

Made using vintage chocolate molds, these pieces are painted in soft ivory ones and slightly distressed to bring out the detail. As with all of my papier mache pieces, they are made with cotton fiber pulp and are 100% archival. Decorated with a vintage watch face.

Vintage Style Turkey Candy Container
$195

Made with a 3 part mid 19th Century German chocolate mold.
